You can exchange your order via our warehouse within 45 days. Please use the Returns Portal to request an exchange for a different size or width of the same product.
Alternatively you can exchange your order at a Clarks Full Price store. The details of your nearest store can be found using our Store Locator. When using the store locator, excluded stores may be listed, e.g. Clarks Outlet.
