We can only offer an exchange for a different size of the original product ordered. Below are some common reasons why an exchange is not available:
• It has been more than 45 days since delivery of your order
• Your product is Final Sale
• Exchange orders can only be fulfilled by stock available in our warehouse. If the product is still available online, future orders will be fulfilled by a Clarks store
• Accessories that do not have size options, such a bags, shoe care and foot gauges cannot be exchanged
• For hygiene and safety reasons, certain jewellery and accessories are non-returnable
• You have already exchanged your order. Exchange orders can only be returned for a refund
